保(bǎo)存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

產品(pǐn)介(jiè)紹 BAAT (bile acid Coenzyme A: amino acid N-acyltransferase) is involved in bile acid metabolism. In liver hepatocytes BAAT catalyzes the transfer of the bile acid moiety from the acyl-CoA thioester to glycine and taurine, before excretion into bile canaliculi. This is the second step in the formation of bile acid-amino acid conjugates. The conjugation increases the detergent properties of bile acids in the intestine, which facilitates lipid and fat-soluble vitamin absorption. BAAT may also act as an acyl-CoA thioesterase that regulates intracellular levels of free fatty acids.
