儲 存 液(yè)0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存條件Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Core histones chaperone involved in chromatin reprogramming, specially during fertilization and early embryonic development. Probably involved in sperm DNA decondensation during fertilization.
Subunit:
Homopentamer, when bound to H2A-H2B dimers only. Homodecamer of two stacked pentamers, when bound to H2A-H2B dimers and H3-H4 tetramers simultaneously (By similarity).
Subcellular Location:
Nucleus. Found in the oocyte nucleus before nuclear membrane breakdown, after which it is redistributed to the cytoplasm.
Similarity:
Belongs to the nucleoplasmin family.
